Hey there! I'm Taylor, your guide on this journey to unlocking the best version of yourself. Based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, I've spent 13 years on the football field, honing not just my physical prowess but also a deep understanding of discipline, determination, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

As an online health and fitness coach, my mission is clear: empower former athletes, like you, who are grappling with the time and energy crunch, to transform both body and mind. Having walked the path of high-performance sports, I get the struggle of finding that balance.

Driven by the desire for success, my coaching philosophy isn't just about reps and routines; it's a holistic approach encompassing mindset, nutrition, and efficient workouts. I believe in the power of Minimum Effective Dose – making every move count without unnecessary fluff.

In my downtime, you'll find me amidst the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia, hiking trails with my loyal companion, Rue, or creating lasting memories with my incredible fiancée, Angela. Quality over quantity isn't just a mantra in my workouts but a principle that echoes in every aspect of my life.

Now, I'm here to share my passion, knowledge, and unwavering commitment with you. Let's redefine success, one workout at a time. Welcome to a journey where your former athlete spirit meets the drive to transform. Together, we'll not only reach your fitness goals but surpass them.

My Story

From a young age, I was driven to become the best football player I could be. I was always a little smaller than my peers and I worried that I wouldn’t be able to compete with the best athletes.

Starting at 11 years old, I began working with personal trainers and attending football camps in the United States to improve my skills. I was dedicated to my training, always seeking ways to increase my power, strength, and speed under the guidance of high performance coaches. My efforts rewarded me with team captain, conference All-Star and a starting position on Team BC where we defeated Team USA in the International Bowl in Texas.

In preparation for my second season of Junior Football, my dreams were shattered when a spinal injury ended my football career. My doctor's warning that another hit could leave me paralyzed for life left me devastated.

But I didn't let this setback defeat me. I was more motivated than ever to succeed, so I turned my focus to fitness. My injury limited my exercises, but I was determined to continue improving my body. I began a muscle-building regime and eventually competed in my first bodybuilding competition, where I placed first in 2017.

Although something I wasn’t as passionate about, bodybuilding allowed me to delve deeper into the world of nutrition and the science behind food and performance.

Now, I am to share my knowledge and experience to help the next generation of athletes reach their potential. When I played high school football, not everyone had access to elite-level training, nutrition and knowledge. Through my app Automatic Athlete, I’m going to change that.
