  1. There are 3 different 1-on-1 programs with different costs for each. The 1-on-1 costs are shared during the Discovery Call.

  2. After completing a series of fitness testing exercises, I will build your custom program based on your current fitness level and equipment available to you in alignment with your goals.

  3. No. I have never used a meal plan in my life and I teach my clients to never need one again! I teach macro tracking. This way you can eat virtually anything.

  4. All three programs are between 4 and 12 months.

  5. Each plan is created with my clients abilities in mind, however, if you need a change for any reason, I encourage my clients to message me through the training app!

  6. Absolutely. about 25% of my clients train only at home with minimal equipment.
