When we first start our fitness journey many of us start by following a friend’s guidance or finding a free online workout program. Why not take that first step with intention by following a guided plan designed around your ability and goals? Gone are the days of searching online for Free Muscle-Building Workouts or waking up the day after a leg day with your friend who’s been working out for the last 8 years straight and can’t get out of bed.
Hintonation Fitness Coaching provides you with the direction and progression that you can handle and that fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, Hintonation Fitness Coaching meets you where you are now.
Your exercise regime shouldn’t be the centre priority of your life. Hintonation Coaching uses proven techniques, but without grading your success by how sore you are or how hard your workouts are. We will start with a Discovery Call to assess your relationship with exercise, nutrition, your goals and commitment level. As an Exercise member, your first week will consist of completing certain metrics to establish a baseline and to tailor your workouts to. If we are a good fit, you will be invited to get started!
