Wouldn’t it be great to be confident knowing the tried and true, results-driven nutritional behaviors that will give you the body and health you’ve never quite grasped?  Maybe you’ve been there before but have hit a wall and can’t seem to push through that last barrier. 

Hintonation Nutrition Coaching is simple and straight-forward.  You won’t be told to buy specialty foods or supplements; you won’t be given a strict MUST FOLLOW meal plan; and you won’t be asked to drink expensive smoothies or detox teas. 

Your diet intertwines with your schedule, your priorities, relationships and your goals.  Knowing this, Hintonation Nutrition Coaching meets you where you are right now.  We will start with a Discovery Call to assess your relationship with exercise, nutrition, your goals and commitment level.  As a Nutrition member, you will first be asked to keep a detailed log of your nutritional intake. Including other lifestyle details, the data gathered in week 1 provides a baseline from where the coaching will take place. This is how each client is treated individually to optimize their plan. If we are a good fit, you will be invited to get started!
